Job Description
Provide pivotal IT support as a Technical Support Analyst. Address technical issues for users while ensuring efficient communication through a hybrid work model in Stoney Creek. This role focuses on delivering technical assistance to all computer users and technology platforms.
You'll document and manage requests using ServiceNow, triage issues, and perform desktop-level fixes such as software installations and hardware upgrades. Your contributions will enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency while maintaining IT policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support via phone and email • Document issues in ServiceNow for clarity • Triage requests and escalate when necessary • Perform desktop fixes and installations • Analyze trends to prevent future problems Requirements: • Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting • Knowledge of Windows Server and VMware ESXi • Familiarity with SharePoint and SCCM • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Elevate technical support to enhance organizational function and employee experience effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
