Overview Reporting to the Manager of IT – Provincial Workforce Systems DevOps, the IT Analyst II will provide intermediate‑level knowledge and industry experience to support the ServiceNow Management System, translating strategic directions and industry trends into technological guidance and best practices. The role focuses on improving business processes and the quality of services offered by the organization and its clients. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and configure ServiceNow accordingly. Design and implement custom applications on ServiceNow tailored to unique business needs. Create or enhance ServiceNow components such as business rules, flow designer, workflow, request catalog, client script, script include, UI policy, UI action, etc.

Perform data imports, exports, and audits as required. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data exchange. Identify opportunities for automation and create automated workflows and processes to improve productivity.

Provide end‑user support, addressing issues and troubleshooting ServiceNow related problems. Lead self with minimal direction, setting and meeting personal deadlines and adapting to changes in priority. Take on new challenges and responsibilities, and support project or initiative leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications Completion of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing, triaging, or resolving 'Information Technology' tickets in systems such as ServiceNow and Recruitment Management systems (e.g., Taleo). Experience troubleshooting browser‑related problems for applications like ServiceNow and Taleo.

Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills. Strong customer service orientation and relationship‑management skills. Ability to link business strategy with technology solutions.

Experience troubleshooting Active Directory and privacy issues specific to supported applications. Proficiency in prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting corporate applications at AHS.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, troubleshooting, and operations support. Experience with change management systems such as ServiceNow. Proficiency in SDLC and ITIL methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
