IT Analyst (Dallas)

IT Analyst (Dallas Area | Hybrid) A growing, multi-location restaurant brand is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support both corporate operations and field locations. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-impact IT team supporting a fast-paced, expanding organization. What You’ll Do Provide IT support across corporate and field teams (remote, phone, and occasional onsite) Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Support and maintain POS systems (Toast or similar), including updates and integrations Assist with new location openings, including IT setup and deployment Manage onboarding/offboarding (devices, accounts, system access) Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites Document processes and contribute to IT best practices What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users Self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations is a plus Willingness to travel up to ~20% Compensation & Benefits $70,000 – $80,000 base + bonus potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k), PTO, and additional company-sponsored benefits Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote This is an opportunity to join a brand in growth mode where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations and new location expansion.
