Job Description Job Description My Primary Care is seeking a licensed LVN to assist our medical practice in providing primary and wound-care supplemental visits to our elderly and disabled community. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Clean record with no disciplinary actions Active professional license Malpractice insurance 2-years of mobile practice 2-years experience in primary care 2-years experience in wound care Ability to travel to patients' homes Preferred Qualifications: 2-years experience in geriatric care Spanish or Tagalog speaking Tebra EHR experience The Experience My Primary Care is a mobile clinic. We service patients wherever they live throughout San Diego County.
