Become an essential part of EllisDon as an IT Analyst, providing vital support for hardware, software, and network issues. This onsite position focuses on managing jobsite infrastructure and ensuring 24/7 network performance. As an IT Analyst at EllisDon, you will leverage at least four years of IT support experience to champion digital engineering and project management.

Your expertise will be key in configuring network systems, maintaining hardware, and offering exceptional customer service. You will also manage complex problems with third-level escalation and ensure adherence to IT best practices.
