IP Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IP Manager to support the execution and management of our branded event properties. This role involves coordinating daily operations, on-boarding participants, and contributing to our social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination: - Assist in scheduling and organizing all day-to-day event-related activities - Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution - Coordinate with media partners for content, promotions, and deliverables - Track key project deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups Social Media Support: - Support in planning and scheduling content across platforms - Monitor social channels, engage with the audience, and respond to queries - Work with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Experience in event management or IP-based event properties preferred - Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
