Software knowledge: Galileo. · · Handle international air ticket bookings, re-issuance, and cancellations. · Check fare rules, availability, and the best routing for international sectors. · Coordinate with airlines and customers regarding ticketing requirements. · Process bookings through GDS systems Galileo only, · Provide fare quotations and travel information to clients. · Ensure accurate ticketing, documentation, and itinerary details. · Assist customers with changes, refunds, and travel inquiries. · B2C experience.
