Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Manager located in New Delhi.
The role involves managing and growing international sales operations, identifying and establishing relationships with clients in global markets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor performance, preparing detailed sales reports, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in international sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of export processes, international trade compliance, and cross-cultural communication Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and MS Office Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or Ayurvedic industry is a plus Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field Willingness to travel internationally as required
