We’re partnering with a long‑established Australian business that supplies specialised products to the utilities, electrical, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. With decades of reputation for quality, exceptional service and a supportive team culture, they’re now looking for an experienced Internal Sales / Sales Support Coordinator to join their WA branch.
About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with customers, the warehouse and the external sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Supporting the external sales team
- Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Assisting with product enquiries and identifying customer needs
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
- Providing general sales and administrative support
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally you’ll bring:
- Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Trade Counter Sales
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience preparing quotations and processing orders
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence in learning technical products
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience within industrial, electrical, manufacturing, plumbing, engineering, building products or wholesale environments will be highly regarded
