Description
- Manage customer orders from quote through to delivery, invoicing, and completion.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate freight, shipments, and supplier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with sales, technical, operations, and project teams to support order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare customer documentation and reports.
- Provide general administration and office support while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Profile
A successful Internal Sales Admin should have:
- Experience in administration, customer service, internal sales, or order processing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on experience.
