Position Summary

EnerMech is expanding its current scope at Lytton Refinery and is looking for Scaffolders at intermediate and advanced levels. This full‑time opportunity offers competitive EBA benefits and rates. Located at the Lytton Refinery, you will be part of the maintenance team working Monday to Friday on a 35‑hour base week, with a work‑life balance that includes a fortnightly RDO.

Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder you will build and support scaffold structures across the refinery, working in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries. Duties may include support for call‑outs, shutdowns and after‑hours coverage.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders with proven experience in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Scaffolders (SI, SA)
• Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket
• Construction Industry Card
• Prior maintenance experience in high‑risk/heavy industry environments
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality
