Manager – Insurance Empanelment Location: Bangalore Experience: 5–8 Years CTC Offered: 5-6 LPA Key Responsibilities • Drive empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporates • Handle end-to-end empanelment: documentation, negotiation & onboarding • Manage insurer/TPA relationships and resolve escalations • Negotiate tariffs/packages ensuring profitability • Coordinate with billing, finance & operations for smooth cashless processes • Track renewals, compliance, and maintain empanelment database Requirements • Graduate (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred) • 5–8 years in hospital insurance empanelment / TPA handling • Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of cashless, pre-auth & claims process Preferred • Experience in oncology / tertiary care hospitals • Existing network with insurers & TPAs Key Skills Insurance Empanelment | TPA Management | Hospital Billing | Claims | Tariff Negotiation | Relationship Management
