Role: Manager - SOC Location: Noida Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience : 8-10 Years Role & responsibilities: Lead 24x7 SOC operations including monitoring, detection, investigation, and response Own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle and major incident management Drive SOC metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage threat intelligence, threat hunting, and use-case development Coordinate with IT, Cloud, Identity, and Application teams for rapid remediation Support audits, regulatory requirements, and client security assessments Manage SOC staffing, skill development, and shift planning Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms Microsoft Sentinel mandatory Experience with EDR/XDR, Email Security, Cloud Security, IAM, and Network Security tools Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, incident triage, and threat modeling Familiarity with Azure, AWS, M365 security ecosystem Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH preferred
