Job Title: Delivery Manager – US Staffing (Implementation Partner-HCL) Location: Noida Experience: 8+ years in US Staffing / Workforce Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and scale delivery operations for US staffing accounts across implementation partners especially HCL and other global system integrators. The role requires strong expertise in IT/non-IT staffing, team leadership, client engagement, and revenue growth within the highly competitive US staffing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery for US staffing requirements across multiple implementation partners especially HCL.

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, team leads, and account managers to ensure consistent performance and SLA adherence. Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners (e.g., HCL and similar vendors) to ensure continuous requirement flow. Drive fulfilment strategy for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time roles across technologies and domains.

Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics such as submittals, interviews, placements, and revenue targets. Ensure high-quality candidate submissions aligned with client expectations and compliance standards. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to expand existing accounts and onboard new clients.

Handle escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure client satisfaction. Optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, ATS, vendor networks, and passive hiring techniques. Ensure compliance with US staffing laws, work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and client-specific requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/delivery management role. Proven experience working with implementation partner HCL. Strong understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.

Demonstrated ability to manage large delivery teams and meet aggressive hiring targets. Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills. Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling Fortune 500 clients through implementation partner HCL. Exposure to MSP/VMS models (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).

Ability to scale delivery operations and build high-performing teams.
