We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team, working closely with senior brokers and contributing to account management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do Support the management of a large commercial and personal lines book of business. Deliver excellent customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and endorsements. Collaborate closely with a senior broker to learn best practices in client relationship management and sales.

Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Apply critical thinking to solve problems, anticipate client needs, and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Experience in the insurance industry is an asset(sales or service).

RIBO or OTL (optional) Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities and tight deadlines. A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives with minimal supervision.
