Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Founder’s Office) Location: Remote Experience: 0–1 Year About Skill Veda: Skill Veda is building India’s most outcome-driven recruitment platform for Customer Success, Support and Sales roles. We partner with companies to solve hiring and talent development at scale without putting a dent on their budgets. Role Overview: This is not a typical inside sales role. You will work directly with the founders, operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how a startup scales from the inside. You will own outbound sales to C-level executives, drive conversations with decision-makers, and contribute to closing partnerships. C-Level Outbound Sales - Identify and reach out to CXOs, Founders, and Hiring Leaders - Execute high-quality outbound via LinkedIn, email, and calls - Build strong first-touch conversations that convert into meetings 2. Founder’s Office Execution - Work directly with founders on high-impact sales initiatives - Take ownership of experiments (messaging, ICP targeting, GTM strategies) - Continuously refine outreach based on feedback loops 3.
Pipeline Ownership - Manage and track leads from prospecting → meeting → closure - Ensure high conversion rates through structured follow-ups - Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting 4.
