We are currently seeking applications for a part-time Lecturer to deliver the Information Systems module on our Level 8 Bachelor of Business programme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator who is passionate about information systems and committed to inspiring and engaging students in their learning. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced information systems or business techology professional to contribute to the development of future business graduates by delivering practical, relevant, and engaging classes. Details: Location: In-Person teaching on campus on Sth Great Georges Street, Dublin 2 Contract: Part-time Duration: 12-week semester Teaching hours: 5 hours per week (daytime) Day & Times: Fridays, 11.50am - 5pm Start Date: week of 7th September 2026 Module Topics include: Information Systems in Organisations Managerial Support Systems Managing Information Systems Acquiring Information Systems as a Project Excel & Information Systems Essential qualifications & Experience Applicants should have: A postgraduate qualification in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline (minimum requirement) Relevant professional or industry experience in information systems, or business technology Strong digital literacy and the ability to integrate current technologies into teaching Excellent communication, presentation, IT and interpersonal skills A proactive and student-centred approach, with a commitment to supporting learner engagement, progression, and employability Desirable Previous lecturing, teaching, or professional training experience is highly desireable Experience designing and delivering information systems or technology related modules in higher education If you are passionate about information systems committed to delivering engaging, industry relevant education, we invite you to join our academic team.
