Overview

As Influencer Partnerships Manager, you help shape PlayStation’s global influencer programs to boost visibility and engagement. You will work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to align campaigns with product launches and events. You’ll identify and coordinate creator partnerships, manage briefs and deliverables, and track program impact.

This role offers meaningful scope to influence PlayStation’s connection with gaming and culture at a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support influencer programming aligned with global marketing objectives
  • Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns across PlayStation hardware and software with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across influencer content and channels
  • Collaborate with agencies to meet campaign deliverables on time and budget
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and workflows for ongoing campaigns
  • Support local market alignment with regional influencer plans and KPIs
  • Assist in talent management, briefs, rights management, and logistics for appearances or activations
  • Support influencer operations such as seed programs, inventory management, and performance reporting
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields (gaming, entertainment, or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital content, social platforms, and influencer ecosystems
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns involving influencers or creators
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools
  • Sound judgment for handling confidential or time-sensitive information
