Job Title: Industry Specialist β Ad Sales
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi
Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

About the Role: As an Industry Specialist β Ad Sales, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by building and managing relationships with brands, advertisers, and media agencies within your assigned industry vertical. You will leverage your existing network, understand client marketing objectives, and deliver integrated advertising solutions that create measurable business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive advertising revenue from brands and agencies within your assigned industry vertical.
- Build and nurture relationships with key marketing decision-makers, media planners, and advertising agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
- Pitch Client's advertising solutions, including digital, community, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycleβfrom prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Strategy, Campaign Management, and Marketing to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2β8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Agency Sales.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising sales within one of the following industry verticals: BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or Travel & Luxury.
- Strong network of brand marketers, advertisers, and media agencies within the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience selling digital advertising, media solutions, integrated marketing, or branded content.
- Familiarity with media planning, campaign strategy, and advertising ecosystems.
