Responsibilities Develop detailed production area models using tools such as process flows, value stream maps, Pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to long‑term strategic roadmaps focused on capacity planning, automation, digital transformation, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology integration. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including program management, operations, facilities, and engineering to optimize factory layouts and support evolving program requirements. Lead and support FMEA reviews, scrap material analyses, feasibility studies, and ROI‑based cost‑benefit evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Support initiatives aimed at maximizing throughput, improving efficiency, and ensuring on‑time delivery for customers within a high‑mix, mid‑volume production environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering/science discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (defense industry experience preferred).

Working toward or eligible for a P.Eng license. Experience in high‑mix, mid‑volume production environments. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.

Experience with capacity analysis, manufacturing technologies, production systems, and performance metrics (preferred). Knowledge of simulation tools (preferred). Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, simulation tools, and CAD software.

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Mid‑level professional experience.
