Identity Analyst Calgary, AB | Hybrid | Contract (1 Month, High chances of Extension) Pay Rate: $55 – $65/hour About the Role The Identity Analyst will support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by assessing current processes, improving workflows, and implementing best practices. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can translate technical access controls into business-friendly actions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will work closely with the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team to enhance access management processes, support operational requests, and promote secure identity practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Assess and improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and workflows Partner with the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team to implement best practices Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Manage high‑volume access requests using ServiceNow with accuracy and efficiency Promote secure access management practices across the organization Automate directory changes in Active Directory using PowerShell Troubleshoot identity and access‑related issues and provide timely resolution Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation as required What You’ll Need Minimum 1+ year of experience in an IT enterprise environment Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Experience using ServiceNow and familiarity with ITIL v4 practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business terms Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Experience improving and mapping business processes Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or APIs for IAM automation Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $55 – $65/hour , based on experience and qualifications.
