IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of procedural documentation, process optimization, and the delivery of data management solutions. By bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, the IT Business Analyst ensures the successful delivery of efficient and user-friendly solutions. This role requires independent decision-making, critical thinking, and the ability to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions and projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procedural documentation to support IT functions and services. Optimize performance through process improvement activities, ensuring efficient service delivery. Act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions to ensure the successful delivery of data management solutions.

Identify and analyze performance metrics, developing balanced scorecards and dashboards to assess IT performance. Evaluate and monitor the performance of IT services, projects, and related improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance validation in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement. Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction, occasionally handling ambiguous situations. Align work with departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and objectives.

Required Qualifications Less than 3-5 years of technical experience. Experience in problem analysis and process documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SQL and requirements documentation. Experience in analyzing and presenting complex data.
