Human Resources Manager

Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital HR to manage and enhance HR digital operations. The role involves handling HRIS systems, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, and driving adoption of HR digital platforms across the organization. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS/HRIS with high accuracy Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, separations, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate system updates across HR platforms Manage role-based access controls and workflow approvals Resolve employee and manager queries related to HR systems and processes Handle HRIS tickets and system issues within defined SLAs Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for technical issue resolution Provide ongoing user support for HR digital platforms Drive awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of HR tools including: HRIS LMS Rewards & Recognition platforms Employee engagement tools Self-service portals Key Tools & Technologies HRIS/HRMS platforms (HONO, PeopleStrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, etc.) Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Microsoft PowerPoint Preferred Knowledge & Experience Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and workflows Familiarity with employee engagement, learning, performance, and rewards processes Experience in HR dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analytics Working knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems and modules Core Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel & data management HRIS/HRMS administration and operations HR analytics and dashboard reporting MIS preparation and data interpretation Ticket management and issue resolution Strong communication and coordination skills High ownership and accountability Customer-centric mindset Why Join Us?
