Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Manager at Lovebirds Studio.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, designing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and enhancing employee satisfaction through learning, development programs, and performance evaluations. The HR Manager will also drive organizational culture and manage administrative HR tasks, including payroll, benefits, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, and talent management. Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills for managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Experience in performance management and designing training and development strategies to support employee growth. Proficiency in HR software, HR analytics, and managing administrative tasks like payroll and benefits. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in HR a plus).

Prior experience in the fashion or creative industries is advantageous but not required.
