We work with athletes, sports institutions, brands, leagues, and government/institutional buyers to strengthen India’s sports ecosystem. We are looking for an energetic and ownership-driven HR Manager to lead people operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance at KIBI Sports.

Role Overview As an HR Manager at KIBI Sports, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and building a people-first culture across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to hire the right talent, onboard employees smoothly, maintain HR processes, support employee performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate communication.

Lead onboarding and induction for new employees, interns, and consultants. Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance summaries, and basic HR operations with the finance/operations team.

Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities. Assist in performance management, appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and employee feedback processes. Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.

Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical handling of employee information. Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments. Support compliance and statutory documentation wherever required.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs, team performance, and manpower planning. Build structured HR processes suitable for a fast-paced startup environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, people management, or a similar role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data responsibly.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and documentation tools. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Problem-solving mindset, ownership, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Interest in sports, startups, or the sports-tech ecosystem will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills Experience hiring for sales, operations, marketing, tech, and internship roles.

Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, ATS tools, and candidate trackers. Experience preparing HR policies, KPIs, offer letters, and employee documentation. Basic understanding of Indian labour compliance and HR best practices.
