HR Operations Manager

Job Title: HR Operations Manager Location: Surat (Onsite) Company: ZORKO Limited Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions and support organizational growth. The role involves managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and building a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure legal compliance Support employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring timelines, and training effectiveness Maintain accurate employee records, payroll data, and documentation Design and implement employee training and development programs Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment Required Skills & Traits: Strong HR analytics and reporting skills Experience in recruitment, training, and employee engagement Leadership and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, empathy, and passion for people management Employment Details: Full-Time | 6 Days per Week | Onsite Salary: 25k-30k
