The role will focus on global policy frameworks, payroll and workforce administration, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Global HR Policies & Governance (40%) - Design, review, and implement global HR policies - Ensure alignment across Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and APAC - Act as central point for policy interpretation and exceptions - Partner with regional HR teams for consistent adoption 2.

Payroll, Time & Attendance (30%) - Oversee multi-country payroll operations - Manage time & attendance, leave, overtime governance - Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors - Ensure statutory and payroll compliance 3. Performance Management & Hire-to-Retire (10%) - Drive Performance Management System (PMS) - Manage Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle - Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness 4. Compliance & Risk Management (20%) - Ensure labour law and statutory compliance - Identify HR compliance risks - Support audits, inspections, and legal consultations Experience & Qualifications - 8+ years of HR experience - Exposure to global HR operations - Strong payroll and compliance expertise - MBA / Master’s in Human Resources preferred
