HR Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you lead a team delivering HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You work closely with stakeholders to align HR activities with strategic priorities and drive a superior employee experience. You will develop dashboards, oversee Workday/HRIS activities, and implement process improvements at scale.

• Lead and develop a high-performance HR team with coaching, workload allocation, and performance reviews
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes (onboarding and lifecycle) and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and experience
• Develop HR dashboards and KPI reporting, monitor SLA/KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities
• Administer HRIS, ensure data integrity, and train team and managers on Workday functionality
• Produce HR reports and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions
• Ensure policy compliance and data protection while maintaining confidentiality
• Engage with managers and employees as HR point of contact; build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

• Experience in HR operations management or equivalent role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
