Overview

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead multi-channel paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and revenue for Future’s portfolio. You’ll partner with brand, e-commerce, and agency teams to translate business goals into effective marketing plans. You’ll optimize performance across major platforms using data insights and experimentation, contributing to scalable growth.

This role offers collaborative cross-functional work and the chance to shape campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit to grow acquisition and revenue.
  • Guide external media agencies to align plans with commercial priorities, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
  • Track, analyse, and report on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute structured test-and-learn experiments across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal brand, e-commerce, and commercial teams to translate business goals into clear marketing plans.
  • Communicate performance insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Key requirements
  • Experience managing paid media channels, especially Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on commercial growth.
  • Proven ability to manage media agency partnerships and maintain high performance standards.
  • Analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with structured experimentation across creative, messaging, and audiences.
  • Strong communication to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity about emerging digital tools, automation, and AI in marketing.
  • Proven track record in performance, growth, or digital marketing in a commercial setting.
  • Experience evaluating channel performance across major paid ad platforms.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies in London Paddington or Bath.
