Navigate employee relations matters and sensitive conversations with confidence, care, and sound judgment Draft, customize, and update HR documents (handbooks, policies, job descriptions, manager resources) that are compliant, clear, and aligned with each client's culture Build and implement practical HR processes and systems that actually work for growing businesses Lead initiatives such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement efforts Track details, follow up consistently, and close every loop — especially when things move fast or priorities shift Proactively flag compliance considerations, risks, and needed updates before they become problems Represent Triumph HR the way we show up every day — with warmth, responsiveness, and integrity This Role is For You If You: Have 5–10+ years of HR experience, including hands-on generalist and/or consulting work Are based in Massachusetts and available for occasional in-person client visits (around the I-95 corridor preferred) Move fast, stay organized, and close every loop. You build structure where there isn't any and adapt quickly when things change Communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth, especially in writing Take real ownership of your work and care deeply about doing it well Want to grow with a purpose-driven, high-integrity HR firm that believes in people-first work Important Fit Notes (Please Read Carefully) To be respectful of everyone’s time, this role is not a fit for individuals who: Are running their own HR consulting practice or building a separate consulting firm Are looking for a short-term engagement or aren't open to growing hours over time This opportunity is best suited for someone who has availability, focus, and intent to grow with Triumph HR as the business continues to expand.
