The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking an IT IMS Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Glendale, AZ 85301 (On-site) . Details of the position are as follows: Pay: $55-85/hr based on experience (No C2C - W2 only) Duration: 12-month assignment with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.

Location: Onsite (M-F 8AM–5PM) | 24x7 Manufacturing Facility – Some evenings and weekends may be required. (OPEN TO RELOCATION AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE) About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on IT Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing systems. This role focuses on IMS/MES solutions, SQL Server reporting, and software development to ensure production systems operate efficiently and securely. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and support hardware and software solutions for manufacturing operations. Maintain and enhance Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, views, triggers, stored procedures, and reports (SSRS/SSIS).

Monitor physical and cyber security of IT systems and implement approved security fixes. Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Oversee contracted or external development work and ensure quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot complex applications and IT issues impacting production. Follow software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes when required. Required Skills & Qualifications In-depth experience with MS SQL Server: queries, views, triggers, stored procedures, SSRS, SSIS.

Strong knowledge of software development languages: .Net, ASP, C++, C#. Ability to work independently to develop, test, troubleshoot, and document system requirements. Strong communication skills to effectively update leadership and internal customers.

Ability to provide accurate estimates of time and effort for tasks. Experience working directly with end users to define and implement requirements. Preferred / Desired Skills Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience with Android tablets (Zebra devices a plus).

Experience with MES systems (Camstar, Opcenter) or similar. Supply Chain / ERP systems: SAP S4 or similar platforms. Experience supporting production IT systems in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred, but not required. Minimum 3+ years of practical IT experience; manufacturing experience is a plus. If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this post with your resume attached.
