Overview

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services specialising in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. The Home Healthcare Technician (HHCT) delivers medical equipment, oxygen cylinders and associated products and services to patients, providing comprehensive set‑up, education, on‑going support and regular maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install medical devices in patients' homes and hospitals according to local regulations, prescriptions and prescriber expectations.
• Train patients on the use of their equipment following local regulations.
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on patients' autonomy, follow‑up and compliance with treatment.
• Ensure satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow‑up of their treatment.
• Track incidents related to materiovigilance.
• Follow delivery and maintenance runs scheduled daily by the region’s customer service team.
• Perform on‑call duties to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours.
• Report to the Homecare Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Technical degree and 2‑4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics.
