Helpdesk Analyst

Job DescriptionEnterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst (Hybrid) for a leading Dublin based financial services client. The Helpdesk Analyst will join our clients internal technical services team who are responsible for mission-critical inhouse support for a local and internation user group. The Helpdesk Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage tickets through a helpdesk ticketing system (JIRA) Proactively review, action, monitor and report on all ongoing service requests from clients to ensure successful resolution Manage access to systems Maintain the desktop environment Manage the build and rollout of end user devices Maintain and produce procedure and technical documentation Provide training material and facilitate training to the business and clients QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years Helpdesk/Technical Support experience Windows 11, MS Office 365 and Azure experience Active Directory and MS Server experience Financial Services industry experience Citrix experience an advantage Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential Continually develop knowledge and training in systems administration, security & cloud computing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Individual and team development is at the core of our clients success, peer learning, formal training programmes and career progression opportunities are in place for all employees.
