Heating Engineer

Responsibilities Maintain and repair heating and hot water systems. Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region. Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.

Communicate updates and progress of work, complete required paperwork electronically and manually. Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH records). Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available.

Provide out‑of‑hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis. Complete all appropriate criminal and reference checks before starting work. Qualifications Gas qualifications essential: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
