Key Responsibilities End-to-End Healthcare Recruitment: Manage complete healthcare recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Handle hospital hiring across clinical, non-clinical, operational, and corporate functions Drive talent acquisition for hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, diagnostics, and medical operations Clinical Recruitment & Medical Staffing: Hire: Specialist Doctors Consultants Surgeons Duty Medical Officers (DMO/RMO) Resident Doctors ICU Doctors Nurses ICU Nurses OT Nurses Allied Healthcare Professionals Physiotherapists Lab Technicians Radiology Technicians Dialysis Technicians OT Technicians Non-Clinical Hiring & Hospital Operations Recruitment: Recruit: Front Office Executives Patient Relationship Executives Billing Executives TPA Coordinators Hospital Operations Staff HR Executives Finance Teams Marketing Teams IT Staff Administrative Staff Support & Facility Staff Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Operations: Source candidates using: LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Indeed Foundit Shine Apna Hospital job portals Healthcare staffing databases Medical associations Nursing colleges Recruitment agencies Vendor networks Employee referrals Social media recruitment channels Build strong healthcare talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements Conduct walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and campus recruitment activities Hospital HR Coordination: Coordinate with hospital management, department heads, medical superintendents, and leadership teams Schedule interviews and manage hiring workflows Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining coordination Healthcare Staffing & Vendor Management: Manage healthcare recruitment agencies and staffing vendors Coordinate outsourced workforce hiring for operational and support functions Ensure timely closures for critical and urgent healthcare hiring requirements Compliance & Documentation: Verify: Medical Council registrations Nursing Council licenses Certifications Experience documents KYC documentation Employment verification Ensure hiring compliance as per hospital standards and healthcare regulations Recruitment MIS & Reporting Maintain: Recruitment trackers Candidate databases Hiring dashboards Recruitment MIS reports Track: Turnaround Time (TAT) Offer-to-Joining Ratio Closure Metrics Attrition Reports Hiring Performance KPIs Required Skills Strong experience in healthcare recruitment and hospital recruitment Expertise in clinical recruitment and non-clinical hiring Hands-on experience in medical staffing and healthcare workforce management Strong understanding of hospital HR operations and recruitment processes Expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations Experience in bulk hiring and niche healthcare hiring Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing vendors and recruitment agencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple healthcare hiring requirements simultaneously Strong proficiency in ATS platforms, Excel, and recruitment dashboards Preferred Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in healthcare hiring, hospital staffing, medical recruitment, or healthcare talent acquisition Prior experience working with: Hospitals Healthcare chains Diagnostics companies Medical staffing firms Healthcare recruitment agencies Candidates from organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals, Narayana Health, Max Healthcare, diagnostics chains, or large multispeciality hospitals will be preferred.
