Health Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support analytics initiatives that enhance product performance and enable data‑driven decision making.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform product strategy, pricing, and business decisions.
• Analyse product and portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, including the impacts of member behaviour.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and monitor product metrics and KPIs, supported by effective reporting and dashboards.
• Support product management and implementation activities in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
• Work closely with, and take guidance from, the AIA Health Actuarial team and AIA Health’s Appointed Actuary.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and strategic decision making.
• Investigate and define customer segments to improve profitability and retention.
• Identify and analyse claims trends and emerging patterns.
• Support provider management activities, including analysing provider performance and identifying opportunities to improve value and outcomes.
• Support analytical initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Support product management and delivery activities in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
• Support the definition of project objectives.
• Acquire and explore data.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as required by management from time to time.
• Implement, document, and maintain models with guidance.
• Interpret and communicate results within the team and to broader stakeholders.
