Job DescriptionMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Health & Safety Officer for our client, a leading electrical contractor specialising in data centre and large-scale electrical projects across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-profile projects while playing a key role in maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Support site teams in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture Provide health & safety guidance to operational teams Assist with the preparation and maintenance of health & safety documentation About You Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering or M&E Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and industry best practice Experience working on large-scale or fast-paced construction projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Data centre project experience is advantageous but not essential NEBOSH Certificate Full driving licence What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on major data centre and mission-critical projects Exposure to projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe On-site gym facilities Career progression and professional development And so much more...
