We are looking for a Data Processing Analyst for an 6 Month Day Rate Contract on a hybrid basis in Dublin. Please note the working hours of this role are Monday - Friday 5.30pm - 12.30am.

This is an evening shift pattern with an accomdating remote/hybrid working model. Job Description - The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Analysts to support a new regulatory compliance programme for a leading multinational technology and telecommunications organisation. This team acts as a critical operational support function, helping to manage and respond to regulatory and law enforcement data requests within strict service level agreements, as required by EU regulation.

The role involves reviewing incoming requests, validating information, raising and tracking tickets, identifying and validating relevant data sources, and ensuring responses are routed and processed correctly. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with analytical, administrative, operations, compliance, fraud, financial crime, customer operations or coordination experience who are looking to develop their skills within a growing and evolving programme related to EU regulation. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to support Deloitte's Forensic and Financial Crime practice with ad-hoc financial and forensic investigations.

What you'll do; Act as an initial point of contact for request-related queries. Monitor and manage a shared mailbox and request management portal. Review incoming regulatory and law enforcement requests.

Assess requests against defined processes and procedures. Raise, update and track tickets within the case management system. Identify and flag incomplete, urgent or complex requests.

Gather relevant information and data required for processing. Review responses before issuing to requesting authorities. Escalate issues when required and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Maintain accurate records and audit trails. Work independently during evening and weekend shifts while adhering to established procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives as the programme evolves.

What We're Looking For; Experience in an analyst, operations, compliance, administrative or coordination role. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes. Good problem-solving skills and ability to think logically when handling non-standard requests.

Comfortable working with ticketing systems, case management tools or workflow platforms. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
