Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and service strategy for the Indian market. Drive solutions across diverse industries, including Data Centers, Transportation, Food & Beverage, and complex thermal processing. Lead complex deal negotiations and build lasting relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and key industrial accounts. Oversee the expansion of service offerings, retrofits, and maintenance contracts to maximize customer lifecycle value. Collaborate with global Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and competitive positioning. Who You Are 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial B2B sales, with at least 5 years specifically managing teams and channel partners. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (a Master’s is a plus). Proven track record of driving profitable growth for heat exchangers, process equipment, or thermal systems. Deep insight into the Indian industrial landscape and a strong network within major sectors.

Excel at managing CRM pipelines (Salesforce/Dynamics), navigating P&L responsibilities, and fostering a culture of accountability.
