We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our national sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all City Heads to ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance across all regions, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions wherever required.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, forecast revenue, and ensure predictable business growth.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop City Heads and sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Establish sales KPIs, performance dashboards, and accountability across all sales functions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure effective lead management, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across all cities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, expansion markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Drive process improvements, CRM adoption, sales automation, and operational excellence within the sales organization.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 10โ€“15 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Revenue Management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-city or regional sales teams with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Sound understanding of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM platforms.
  • Good knowledge of marketing strategies, demand generation, branding, and digital lead acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, Technology, or B2B solution sales will be an added advantage.
