Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing marketplace startup seeking a Head of Marketing to own end-to-end customer acquisition across both a B2C consumer brand and a B2B attorney platform — managing $300–400K/month in ad spend and building the marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role for a growth marketing dynamo who can run paid media at scale, build a category‑leading SEO organization, and generate viral content that drives consumer attention—all while working directly with the CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across B2C and B2B, managing $300–400K/month in ad spend across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and lead quality across all paid media channels.
  • Build and scale a category‑leading SEO organization with content strategies that create durable organic acquisition advantages.
  • Drive viral content and out‑of‑the‑box marketing ideas that generate consumer attention and brand awareness at scale.
  • Transition marketing operations from an external agency to an in‑house function and eventually build and manage your own team.
  • Work directly with the CEO to allocate budget, run structured experimentation programs, and identify asymmetric growth opportunities.
  • Develop the B2B marketing channel to sell legal leads and case‑management software to law firms.

Key Requirements

  • 4–8 years in growth marketing with strong B2B and B2C experience.
  • Scaled customer acquisition at a marketplace or fintech business.
  • Deep expertise in paid media — Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic.
  • Strong SEO and organic growth strategy experience.
  • Creative and experimental – generates viral, out‑of‑the‑box ideas.
  • Experience generating leads in legal, litigation, or high‑CAC industries (insurance, lending) a strong plus.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full‑time

Schedule: 10-7

Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 yearly
