Job Description:

We are hiring a Loan Servicing Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in loan operations and financial services. The role involves managing end-to-end loan lifecycle activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of daily servicing tasks.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Process daily loan servicing activities for Bilateral, Participation, and UKPLC portfolios
\n
• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation as per SOPs
\n
• Handle complex loan structures including:
\n
• LIBOR / NCCR-based loans
\n
• PIK (Payment-in-Kind) interest
\n
• Fees, LOCs, Guarantees, and Bonds
\n
• Manage drawdowns, rate resets, interest processing, and loan lifecycle operations
\n
• Perform reconciliations and resolve breaks/discrepancies
\n
• Conduct quality checks and escalate issues where required
\n
• Meet defined SLAs, turnaround times, and productivity targets
\n
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities
\n
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
\n
• Handle mailbox queries with professional communication
\n
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and data security standards
\n
• Participate in team huddles, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
\n

• Experience in global loan portfolios (UK, US, etc.)
\n
• Understanding of LIBOR transition (SOFR/NCCR)
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
