GTM Sales Owner This is a high-ownership, high-upside opportunity for someone who wants to operate independently and get rewarded directly for outcomes. WorkVerge is building a unified operations platform that helps organizations move away from fragmented tools toward a single system of record for assets, services, and internal workflows. What You’ll Own • Build pipeline from scratch • Prospect into IT leaders (Decision makers and Influencers) • Run full-cycle sales (outbound → discovery → close) • Engage in technical conversations (assets, cloud, access, compliance) * Consistent outbound discipline and pipeline ownership This is a build role — there is no existing pipeline.

What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS • Proven ability to close deals independently • Strong outbound discipline (40–50 touches/day) • Confidence selling to technical buyers • Comfortable operating without hand-holding Compensation This is a performance-led role with no fixed salary. • Industry-leading commission structure • Uncapped earnings potential • Direct correlation between effort, performance, and income This role is best suited for individuals who prefer ownership and upside over fixed compensation.
