Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Purple Seed is looking for a graphic design executive to help brands execute marketing and content strategies on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, Youtube, LinkedIn. The individual will be in charge of graphic designing for assigned brands and is expected to research, reference and innovate whilst doing so. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Visual Wizardry: Create visually captivating and effective content for social media platforms. Create eye catching static creatives (both vector-based and real) to engaging gifs and video frames. Brief Decoding: Dive into project briefs and references to understand the vision and requirements.

Timelines and Deadlines: Stick to given timelines like a pro. Your ability to manage your workload and deliver designs on time is crucial in keeping the wheels of the creative process turning smoothly. Trend Tracker: Stay in the loop and always be ahead of the game.

Keep eye out for industry trends, design techniques, software updates, and emerging styles. Your commitment to staying informed will ensure your designs are fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.

● Platform Savvy: Understand the nuances of each platform you design for. Whether it's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media channel, you'll adapt your designs to match the platform's requirements and maximize their impact.

● Process Geek: Follow company processes and workflows to ensure smooth operations. From design guidelines to file organization, ensure efficiency in the way you work. Reporting to your respective manager(s), you'll keep everyone in the loop and maintain clear communication.

● Be a Canva PRO! - Harness the power of Canva like a true design genius. Utilize its versatile templates as a starting point and infuse them with your unique flair to make your designs stand out like no one else. Reporting Structure: Report daily to the Social Media Team Lead.
