Graduate -Marketing Analytics Assistant

Overview

The Graduate Marketing Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a purpose-driven, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for the Interventional Cardiology business, the Graduate Marketing Analyst supports the marketing team by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Help garner usable insights from market research projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Help identify new data-driven opportunities.
• Support marketing analytics (sales data, market share data, etc.).
• Track marketing performance metrics and business reporting/QBRs.
• Implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies (customer price lists, quotes, etc.).
• Assist with the Veeva approval process.
• Support the tender submission process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualifications.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to absorb complex technical information and aptitude for technology.
• Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite.
