Givenchy Account Manager

Overview

As an Account Manager for Parfums Givenchy, you are the brand ambassador responsible for driving sales and delivering a personalised luxury service. You lead and coach the Beauty Consultants to achieve and exceed targets, while promoting cross-category selling. You work closely with store teams and management to sustain brand standards and client relationships.

This role offers the chance to shape luxury client experiences and contribute to ongoing sales growth within a prestigious flagship environment.

• Set sales targets for Team Members in line with company expectations
• Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy and maintain luxury service standards
• Lead and coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Cross-sell across product categories to lift ATV and ATU
• Educate and train Team Members on product use, history and benefits
• Demonstrate cosmetics/products on clients and explain benefits
• Initiate contact with customers on counter and during traffic stopping
• Identify coaching and development opportunities for Team Members
• Manage stock levels with Area Manager to ensure availability
• Grow the business through events, appointments and return bookings
• Complete operational and administrative tasks to the best of your ability
• Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures
• Build relationships with store management and colleagues
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management
