Overview
In this role, you will drive new outbound pipeline for Diligent by prospecting and engaging potential clients, acting as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge. You will work to qualify opportunities, arrange meetings, and contribute to achieving outbound targets in a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence ongoing sales cycles and demonstrate a high-energy, proactive approach.

Responsibilities
- Generate and update targeted prospect lists using lead gen tools (Cold calling, LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
- Execute sales development activities via email, phone, and social channels to engage new prospects
- Ask targeted questions to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
- Create interest and influence buyers to move opportunities forward
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/demonstrations on the account executive’s calendar; log activities in CRM
- Meet or exceed defined KPIs and outbound targets
- Share effective techniques to improve team performance
- Fulfill other duties as needed per business requirements
Key requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred
- Passion for sales-driven, target-focused work
- Solid understanding of the sales process (prospecting, marketing, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Ability to clearly articulate product value and develop deep product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging senior executives
- High energy, positive, proactive attitude to drive success
- Preferred: SaaS sales experience and experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
