Overview
In this leadership role, you will guide a team of Account Executives selling complex, enterprise SaaS to CIO/CTO, VP Engineering, and CFO buyers across the UK & EMEA. You’ll drive growth in 100k–200k ARR deals, coach for peak performance, and shape sales strategy with data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success to generate pipeline and surface expansion within existing accounts.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching in a fast-growing, AI-focused enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to close complex enterprise deals
- Drive pipeline generation partnerships with Marketing and SDR leadership
- Surface expansion opportunities within the install base in collaboration with Customer Success
- Use sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement improvements
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level buyers (CIO/CTO/VP Eng/CFO)
- Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and value-based selling in multi-signature environments
- Engage in joint calls and co-selling to develop team capability and win rates
Key requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership with closing experience in 100k–200k+ ARR
- Direct experience selling to software engineering organizations and talking credibly with VP Eng and CTO buyers
- Executive-level selling capability with multi-stakeholder deal navigation
- Hands-on coaching style with direct involvement in sales activities
- Data-driven decision making using pipeline and performance metrics
- Exposure to value-based selling methodologies and MEDDPICC
