Overview
You will join a friendly, forward-thinking GP team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to a mid-sized registered and visiting population. In this role you will work across a balanced mix of face-to-face and remote consultations, home visits, and prescribing, within a supportive multidisciplinary setting. You will make autonomous clinical decisions and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with patients.

- Conduct face-to-face and remote GP consultations
- Attend home visits when appropriate
- Review and sign repeat prescriptions and manage related paperwork
- Make autonomous clinical decisions on presenting problems
- Assess undifferentiated/undiagnosed conditions and identify disease risk factors
- Develop and implement personalised care plans with patients
- Refer appropriately to community or secondary care services
- Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary team
- Perform standard GP duties within primary care
- Foundation competencies per GMC Good Medical Practice
- Delivery of high-quality clinical care
- Strong patient relationships and communication
- Positive collaboration with colleagues
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full GMC registration with licence to practice
- CCT in General Practice (or equivalent) and eligibility for Welsh Performers List
- Experience in UK General Practice is desirable
