We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to partner with leadership and steer the financial direction of a large, forward-looking manufacturing organization. What You’ll Be Driving Lead the organization’s financial strategy and overall financial health Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and performance analysis to unlock growth opportunities Drive investment decisions and capital allocation strategies with a sharp focus on risk and returns Strengthen risk management frameworks across liabilities, investments, and operations Optimize capital structure and fundraising initiatives Build and nurture strong vendor and stakeholder relationships Deliver insightful forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership Ensure robust compliance, governance, and financial discipline Lead and inspire a team of financial controllers and analysts , fostering a high-performance culture What We’re Looking For CA / CPA with 20–25 years of experience in large manufacturing setups Deep expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management Strong command over data analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced MS Office tools A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Proven leadership presence with excellent communication and influencing skills Highly analytical mindset with a strong grip on numbers Fluency in Telugu and English Preferred age group: 45–50 years Why This Role?
